 The entrance to Mangrove Point is from Midnight Pass Road where Midnight Pass Road and Higel Avenue intersect.  Mangrove Point homes are also referred to as being in the subdivision of
South Cocoanut Bayou, however the sign that you read on Midnight Pass Road is Mangrove Point. 

As you can see from the map below many of the homes in Mangrove Point are directly on the water and enjoy large docks, fishing, and direct access boating.  This is a great neighborhood on Siesta Key if you are interested in boating.
